At MYSTICWEAR, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning products and seeking refunds. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Unless the product is defective or damaged, all products must be perfect condition and have never been used or worn.

Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Unless the product is defective or damaged, all returned products must be in perfect condition and have never been used or worn. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@mysticwear.com.au within 30 days of receiving the product, providing your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. Please do not return products without an RA number.
  3. Carefully package the product, include all accessories and original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

  • For products that are defective, damaged, or do not match the description, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of standard shipping. This refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you received the wrong product, we will either send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping, based on your preference.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Products that have been altered or modified.

Shipping Costs

For eligible returns, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the return. Expedited or premium shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Note: For returns when the size doesn’t fit, the shipping cost will NOT be covered.
